You'll also need Photoshop CS6 for menu design. That will let you install and use Encore. If you have a valid CC account (I believe even a trial!) and can locate an installer for the CS6 Master Collection trial from somewhere (wink wink,) make sure you're logged into the Creative Cloud app and select 'I have an account' when installing and insert your CC credentials.
